Title: Isolation feet

I was thinking of purchasing these to use on my new amp and dac case, and also on the speaker stands for the ML1's.  Any thoughts or experiences with them?

I like the look of them because they are low profile and cheap!!

very cheap flemo ;)  squash balls cut in half also work wonders ;) ;)

I do like the squash balls myself but IME they are quite ineffective when the weight of the component is not distributed evenly.  Both the Mingda and kdac have most of their weight at the back and makes the front unstable.

i used squash balls on jlti cd players very light (no weight)

Pete , those pads look quite small.You might be better off having a look at the Inspire hi-fi ebay shop as they have a range of sizes and types of Sorbothane dampers at good prices.
Gel pads under the speakers will definetly change the sound but usually not for the better overall ime.

Because of the height of the amp with the new box I was looking for something low profile otherwise it'll look like a freakin' oil rig!  :o

I think these might be better as they can be screwed to the amp and dac.

Due to the weight I don't want the feet sliding out and slipping every time I move it.  I purchased a set of the larger ones and used them on the CD50 case which worked quite well.  They have a sticky feel to them and they are surprisingly quite soft.
