hehe,  no worries,  anytime.

I've offered a free run-in service for Steven,  on every new Killer he produces.   But he didnt seem to go for it.  [shrugs]    8)

Yes,  I told that to myself the day after I returned the Killer.    After 2 weeks,,,,, it should have worn off by now.   8)

I should have told Steven that it wasnt coming back,  that's what everyone else does - isnt it?   ;)

you run in the dacs oz all i do is speakers and cables, but i am getting a killer this week for hens dad so i will be listening and comparing to my killer :D

To be honest I'm thinking about waiting for a Wadia to appear, which I understand is a tad better than the CD94 / CD960.  I'm happy to "slum" it with my modded CD50 until the right one comes along!  8)

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Teac-Esoteric-P10-Transport-Remote-/250702362928?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a5f067930

Although, at the right price I could be interested in something like this, and with a 12v clock upgrade could be interesting?

Is anybody here currently bidding on it?

Cheers, flemo.

Not me.

That Philips CD960 for $600AU delivered is pretty good value.

Could be a good one flemo. My old P500 sounds pretty good standard with the Altmann. The P10 is a way better build quality than
the P500

yep flemo.. i've been bidding on the p10.. would be a good to see how it fairs with a cdm1 transport.
Though i'm not sure how serious i am with it.. off to stevens this weekend and i know i'll find some goodies to spend my hard earned savings on.
I'll drop you a pm about it.

A bit confused about the "(also broken)"?

"The unit is in very good technically and optically in good to excellent condition. It has just received the first new drive belt (new square belts).

The images are offered by the device.

Upon request, CD player (also broken) are taken in payment"

Any idea's folks?

I'd say it means you can trade in broken CD players towards the purchase price, if you were local or prepared to ship to them
